Scheduled Performance Reviews Configuration and Workflow
1. You can start setting up your Scheduled Performance Reviews under the User Defined section in Portal Settings. This Add-On is broken up into 3 separate settings.
- Fiddletree Performance 90 Day Review - ChecklistTemplateID: This Portal Setting is where you can enter a company and the checklist template ID of the Performance Review Template that you would like to automatically be assigned to employees 90 days before their work Anniversary. You can find the checklist template ID by going to Employee Tools>Manage Performance Reviews>Manage Performance Review Templates, and then clicking into the Template you would like to use. The checklist template ID will be visible near the end of the URL.
- Fiddletree Performance 90 Day Review - Enable on x Days After Hire Date: This Portal Setting allows you to select the amount of time after an employee is hired that they should complete a Performance Review. After the x number of days you've selected has passed after an employee's Hire Date, the Performance Review selected in the Checklist Template ID setting will be initialized for them to complete.
- Fiddletree Performance 90 Day Review Notice - Email Verbiage: This Portal Setting allows you to customize the email sent to employees to notify them of their Performance Review. You can use fields such as [FirstName], [LastName], and [DueDate] as dynamic fields, which will populate when sent to an employee.
2. Once these settings have been filled out, employees will be assigned the Performance Review that you select 90 days prior to their Work Anniversary every year. New hires will be assigned their first performance review after the amount of time you have selected has passed from their hire date. All employees who are assigned this Performance Review will be sent the email you customized in the Portal Settings.
