Workflow for Performance Review with Lookback

1. When an employee goes to complete their performance review, they will see their questions and answers from their last performance review at the top. They can then complete the new review and submit to a manager.
2. When a manager completes their review, they will be able to see their employees' questions and answers from their most recently completed review at the top as well. 

Implementing the Performance Review with Lookback

1. Click into your Employee Performance Review Template and note the Template ID found near the end of the URL. Then you can click into your Manager Template and note the Template ID in the URL as well. 
2. Navigate to Admin > Portal Settings > User Defined. In the Fiddletree Performance Review - Employee Lookback Template Mapping setting, you can add the Template ID of the Template you would like to pull the questions and answers from and the Template ID of the Template you would like these questions and answers to appear on. This can be the same Template. 
3. Then you can access the Fiddletree Performance Review - ChecklistTemplateID to enable Employee Responses on Manager Review Portal Setting to enter the Template ID of the Manager Template. When an employee completes their performance review, the manager will now be able to see the questions and answers from the Employee Performance Review on their Manager Review.
