We are excited to introduce significant enhancements across Cost Projections, Labor Forecasting, Job Management, and Platform Administration. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Platform
New users invited to Resource Planning will now receive a Fiddletree-branded email instead of the default Microsoft invitation email.
Added a new grid filter operator: "Is one of" to improve search functionality.
SMS opt-in messages are now stored in Admin > Organization > Notification Log.
Added a forced refresh notification when a user is not running the latest version of Resource Planning.
Users can now view the last data refresh timestamp by clicking their user initials in the top-right corner.
Added a new Assigned PM filter to the Job List, Job Gantt, Global Labor Forecast, Global Projections, and Job Reports pages
Assigned PM information is populated from the employee assigned to a position with the Project Manager job role.
Admins can now merge duplicate Jobs, Employees, and Assets
Removed the tenant setting "Enable Employee Assignment and Asset Forecasts to Populate Total Projected."
This setting was redundant because the Projection Category > Set Remaining Projected to Zero setting already handles this functionality.
The Color Picker now allows users to select from any colors currently in use.

Dispatcher Unassigned Request Reminder Email Frequency
When enabled, users with Can Dispatch permissions will receive reminder emails based on the selected frequency.
Daily Scheduling Auto-Lock
Daily Scheduling can now automatically lock after midnight.
Administrators can specify the number of hours after midnight before schedules become locked from further edits.
Audit Tracking
Added a new audit option to view changes made to settings.

Work Schedule
Added a toggle to designate a default work schedule.
Only one work schedule can be marked as default.
New jobs will automatically inherit the default work schedule.

Budget Rules will now automatically apply to new Job and Budget records created through API updates and file imports.

Removed the Custom % Allocation option.
Recommendation Maps no longer display mileage when no distance exists.
Budget Code and Rate fields are no longer required for Opportunity assignments when enabled.

Added a dedicated Attachments page for job records.
Attachments can be shared with employees assigned to those jobs.
