We have released a new version of the Fiddletree HR Onboarding Package. Here’s what you can look forward to:

State Withholding Forms

The following States have released their 2026 State Withholding Forms. You can access these forms by running the Fiddletree Updater. More State Withholding Forms will be available as states continue to release 2026 versions.

Resource Planning

We have been adding many enhancements to Resource Planning since the last release:

• Platform
  • Added an "X" button within the Grid Search Bar to quickly clear the search.  
    
• Jobs
  • Labor Forecast (Previously Labor Projections)
    • Renamed from Labor Projections to Labor Forecast
      
  • Global Labor Forecast (Previously Global Labor Projections)
    
    • Renamed from Global Labor Projections to Global Labor Forecast
      
• Scheduling
  • Assignments
    
    • Updated the Employee view of the Assignments page! Information on this page is now displayed in a more accessible manner. 
    • On their Assignments page, employees can now view the Project Manager for their job, along with their contact info.
    • On their Assignments page, employees can now click on the address to open a link to their maps app. 
  • Resource and Job Gantt
    
    • Job Gantt now shows Long Term and Short Term Assignments, as well as Timeoff. 
    • Expanding a Job in the Job Gantt will now show all resources assigned under each phase, removing the need to expand each individual phase.
  • Dispatch Board
    • PTO Requests will now appear on Dispatch Board
    • Daily Assignments now appear on Dispatch Board
  • Assignment Hours
    • When the Entire Job phase is the only phase for a job, the Job View will no longer the "Entire Job" phase row.  
    • The External Employee Number now appears next to the Employee Name.  
    • You now have the ability to include your selection for the Job/Resource toggle and the Daily/Weekly toggle in your saved views.
