        • If you are already using Fiddletree when you update to this version, a new employee group called OnboardE-verify will be created containing Onboarding Admins and the employee group will be assigned to this portal setting. Then you can edit the group as needed.

Vista Web Add-ons

We have added a few more great add-ons to our website as standard enhancements:

  • HR Salary Awards to Payroll
    • HR Salary Awards is a great place to keep track of things like employee bonuses. With this add-on, we will provide an import template to add these records into HR Awards and then these records can be added directly to a PR Timecard Entry batch to pay the employee awards on their next paycheck.
  • Consolidated Approval Emails
    • With this customization, we will create one email for all Timecard, Expense, Time Off, and Personal Info Approval emails so your approvers don’t get several emails a day for each module.
  • Per Diem Automation using by road distance
    • The first part of this customization will run employee addresses and project addreses through Azure or Google Maps APIs to save their geolocations to Vista.
    • The second part of this will compare employees to projects geolocations through the Maps API, figure out the by road distance, and add per diem timecard entry lines for the employees that are eligible based on custom criteria.
  • Onboarding cell phone SMS invite
    • This adds a new portal setting so you can add custom text that will send to a new hires cell phone number. During the Onboarding Invite process, if a cell phone is entered, the new hire will be sent a SMS of the custom text using the portal standard SMS setup. Twilio or email.
