July 2026 Release Notes

Onboarding Package

  • E-Verify Integration

    • Added support for Further Action Notice

      • Further Action Notice pdf will now auto attach to the new hire record.

    • Added Employee Email Field to the Information and Attestation section of the integration.

      • Added ‘Prevent resource over-allocation on assignments’ in Assignments and Daily Scheduling.

      • Removed Tenant Setting ‘Balance Budgets to Projection Values.’


    • Users

      • User Detail records now show which Rule Groups each user belongs to.

      • Employee Imports now automatically link users to Employee records.

    • Permission Groups

      • ‘Can Edit’ is now split into ‘Can Edit’ and ‘Can Add’ in permissions.

        • ‘Can Add’ will control the add buttons for record detail.

        • ‘Can Edit’ will allow fields to be edited on already existing records.

      • Added the option to select ‘All Business Groups.’ If enabled, all Business Groups will be automatically added to this permission group.

        • Mainly used by system admin permission groups.

    • Rule Groups

      • New page added for creating User Groups where Tenant Admins can assign Certification Notification Rule Groups and Job Department Approval Rule Groups.

    • Status Maps

      • Changed order statuses are now stored in Status Maps as Approved, Pending or Rejected and are added via Imports.

      • New setting to enable the ‘Bulk Spread’ button on the cost and revenue spread views with new spread actions, (Front Weighted, Back Weighted, and Bell Curve).

      • Added a Revenue Spread option for Contract Items that allows users to spread revenue projections by month.

      • Remaining Projected fields are read-only when the method column is enabled.

Jobs

  • Jobs Map

    • Clicking on a Job address now displays the assigned employee, crew, and asset counts for that Job.

      • Job Photo moved into the Jobsite page header.

    • Jobsite Labor Forecasts

      • Added Delete button to Labor Forecast Weekly Overrides modal.

      • Now supports monthly headcount views.

        • Also supports values larger than three digits.

      • Added Construction phase details to Labor Forecast tool tips.

      • Improved performance to Budget Summary Donut Charts.

        • Tenant Admins can now see Budget Group tool tips here and in Cost Projections.

      • Updated the Labor Forecast Histogram query and fixed an issue with standard rates when overrides exist, and now displays standard rates with two decimal places.

        • Added split histogram bars by Labor Type with configurable colors.

          • Also available in Cost Projections.

    • Assignments 

      • Job Notes and Job Attachments are now available in the mobile employee assignments schedule view.

    • Cost Projections

      • Added a warning when assignment/forecast dates fall outside the visible date range.

      • Single department Jobs now automatically submit the full Cost Projection when Department Approval is enabled.

      • Tenant Admins can now see Budget Group tool tips here and in Labor Forecasts.

      • A snapshot of the Labor Histogram Bar Chart is now saved when a projection is submitted.

      • Added Export to Excel in Full Grid mode.

      • Added messaging to indicate partially submitted cost projections.

    • Jobsite Reports

      • Added a new Jobsite Reports page that houses Cost Breakdown, Labor Forecast, Revenue Forecast, Cash Flow, and Budget Adjustments and moved Staffing, Audits, and Budget Variance into the Jobsite Reports Page.

      • Budget Variance

        • Additional UI fields and formatting.

  • Global Labor Forecasts

    • Users can now create Labor Forecasts directly from this page.

    • Grid views can now save the selected time preset (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).

    • Added support for displaying the General Labor Type when Daily Assignments exist.

    • Sorts have been added to the View controls and can be saved to the views.

    • Added new default date-ranges option to View controls.

    • Added quick filter for ‘Jobs Missing Daily Assignments’ compared to forecasted labor.

    • Added a Labor Forecast Report and introduced quick filters for All Jobs, Jobs with Daily Assignments, Jobs with Labor Forecasts, and Jobs Missing Daily Assignments compared to Forecasted.

    • Added Construction phase details to Labor Forecast tooltips.

Scheduling

  • Daily Scheduling

    • Job card quick search now searches across assigned employees.

    • Improved job card layout to display more jobs on wider screens.

    • Added Bulk Move/Unassign for multiple users.

    • Employee Slideout 

      • Employee certifications now indicate which certifications are required for the assigned job.

      • Added a quick link to the full employee record of the selected employee. 

      • Includes actions to move, unassign, or assign an employee as Lead.

Reports

  • Only Tenant Admins have access to reports for Revenue Balance Audit, Revenue By Month Export, and Budget By Month Export

  • Labor Forecast

    • Updated the Labor Forecast Histogram query and fixed an issue with standard rates when overrides exist, and now displays standard rates with two decimal places.

  • Daily Assignment

    • Columns are now sortable and can be saved to custom views.

    • Leads are now displayed at the top in bold.

    • Daily Assignment exports now show the Lead employee as Bold / asterisk.
