Fiddletree HR Onboarding

Updates

• Added updated versions of the latest GA, KY, and VA State Withholding Forms. These updated forms can be installed by running the Fiddletree Updater. 

Resource Planning

Platform Improvements

• Improved overall usability with new Density controls (Comfortable, Standard, and Compact) on Global Forecasts and Gantt pages to reduce padding and display more data on screen.
• Added Density controls to Resource Allocation Gantt, Job Gantt, and Dispatch Board.

Administration

• Organization
  • Users
    • Added an Active toggle on users and a default filter on the grid to show only Active users.
    • Added the ability to export user records and grid data.
    • Added an “Add Permission Group” option for quickly assigning permission groups to users.
  • Settings
    • Added “Contract Items Override for Projections” setting. This setting will limit the Contract Items used in Revenue Projections.
  • Budget Groups
    • Added Cost Type as a rule target in the rule builder for improved filtering.
    • On Apply, Labor Types, Asset Categories, and Positions are now also pushed down to the Jobsite Budget Groups.
  • User Groups (formerly Rule Groups)
    • Renamed Rules Groups to User Groups and added Page Access controls for Resource Planning and Cost Projections.
  • Certifications
    • Added email notifications for certifications approaching expiration.
• Projection Categories
  • Added a Group By setting to the Contract Items template with options for Contract Item or Department.
  • Added the ability to copy existing Projection Categories and assign them a new name.

Global Forecasts

• Added new Group By options: Jobsite Business Group, Labor Type, or Job/Phase.
• Added support for showing Assigned/Schedule counts, a total column, and the ability to split opportunity forecasts from normal jobs.
• Added a toggle to switch between Labor and Asset Forecasts in the Capacity Summary.

Jobs

• Jobs Grid
  • Added JC Company and JC Company Description columns.

Scheduling

• Daily Scheduling
  • Last selected date now persists (instead of always reverting to today’s date).
  • Added Certification management to the Job slide-out.
• Gantts & Dispatch
  • Added assigned resource details to Job View Gantt segments and hover tooltips.

Projections & Cost Projections

• Added Remaining Projected as a Column Setting to Contract Item Templates and renamed Projected to Total Projected. 
• Updated the Require Total Spread to Equal Total Projected setting to now look at Revenue in addition to Cost, and added it to Contract Item tabs. 
• When a Cost Projection is unsubmitted for a job with only one department, the department submission is also automatically unsubmitted.

Reports

• Organized reports into groups for easier navigation.
• Daily Resource Job Schedule
  • Added additional columns, Weekly Notes, and hyperlinks to jobs.
• Labor Type Break Even
  • Cleaned up the UI and added Group By Labor Type.
• Low Boy Routes
  • Added Driver, Truck, and Trailer to Trip cards.
• Weekly Schedule
  • Added Labor Type as a Group By option.
• Jobs Missing Forecasts
  • Added direct links to the Jobsite Labor Forecasts page.

APIs

• Project Snapshot Export
  • Added Job Number, Phase Code, Cost Type, and Cost Type Description to exported projection snapshot data.
