The first 6 months of Fiddletree are in the books! What a pleasure it has been working with you on all things E-Verify and State Withholding Forms (and lots more!) We appreciate you all as early customers and look forward to delivering more great things to help you be more productive.

Speaking of which, we have some announcements.

HR Onboarding Package

We have released a new version of the Fiddletree HR Package. Here’s what you can look forward to:

State Withholding Forms

• Additional forms are now supported. Washington DC and Spanish versions of [states] are included in the new version.
• You can now utilize the Fiddletree State Withholding Forms in Personal Info Updates!
• Administrative actions (“Step 2”) are supported in state withholding forms

E-Verify

• The “Bookmark” is no longer necessary; as Trimble partners, Fiddletree now has a deeper integration with Vista HR Management that even MORE seamlessly helps you initiate the E-Verify process. After update to R24.6, you’ll find the E-Verify button built in (see Trimble release notes for more information).
  
  
• The Authorization to Work attachment now has the USCIS case number in the file name

Recognition Announcements

• For the New Hire announcement, we’ve added a new setting to toggle between Original Hire Date and Most Recent Rehire for calculating Years of Service

Due to additional integration with the HR Management product (see their release notes), this update requires version R24.6 of the portal, which is available now.

You will need to run the Fiddletree Updater to take advantage of all this – if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Add-Ons for Vista Web

Second big announcement: we have taken some of the most common and valuable requests from customers over the years and created a new “Add-ons” menu. Check them out at www.fiddletreesystems.com/addons.

For current customers of the Fiddletree HR Package, we are offering a 20% off special on any one add-on– contact us if you’d like to learn more or move forward with one or more of these useful addons!

Lastly – we have a powerful catalog of pre-built PowerBI dashboards designed specifically for Vista that can jumpstart your dashboard utilization.
