HR Onboarding Package

We have released a new version of the Fiddletree HR Onboarding Package. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• State Withholding Forms 
  • We worked with the Trimble team to add a few enhancements in their October Vista Web release. 
    • In Onboarding, the Step 2 Employer information will now automatically populate based off of the employee's assigned PR Co, greatly expediting the onboarding process! 
    • In Personal Info, the Employee personal info and the Step 2 Employer information will populate on these forms if the State Withholding Library Docs in Document Dashboard have the new "Prefill Fields" checkbox checked
      
• New State Forms
  • After receiving multiple customer requests, the Fiddletree HR Onboarding Package now includes additional state forms:
    • Form 8850 - Pre-Screening Notice and Certification Request for the Work Opportunity Credit
    • Indiana Certificate of Residence - For residents of States with a reciprocal tax agreement
    • Kentucky Certificate of Nonresidence - To exempt employees from KY Withholding tax who work in KY but live in other states
    • PA Employee's Nonwithholding Application Certificate - For employees who work in PA but are exempt from PA withholding tax
    • PA Residency Certification Form - For Local Earned Income Tax Withholding

Resource Planning

We have officially launched Resource Planning!

• Resource Planning can help your team with the following:
  • Requesting Employees, Equipment, and Crews to a Job
  • Assigning a specific Employee, Equipment, or Crew to a request based on their category and distance to the jobsite
  • Track certifications required per Job and on each employee
  • Resource Reports for Forecasting, Supply/Demand, and Utilization
