Budget Balance Audit

This report can be accessed by Tenant Admins only. To find, select ‘Reports’ from the top navigation bar and then find ‘Budget Balance Audit’ from the drop-down menu.

Tenant Admins can see a grid list of Jobs and corresponding details:

• Department

• Cost Type

• Job ID

• Phase Code

• Phase Description

• Job Budget

  • Amount

  • Budget Amounts by Month

  • Budget Hours & Units

  • Budget Hours By Month
