Fiddletree Systems makes updating easy. Follow the steps below:
- On the computer where you installed Fiddletree, double click the update icon on the desktop.
- If there are no updates, you will receive a message letting you know that your software is up to date.
- If there is an update found, follow the wizard to complete the update. As with the install, please use elevated credentials when making the connection to the server (sysadmin or db_owner on both Viewpoint and KDS-HRIM databases).
