E-Verify Configuration
This article will go over the setup steps to integrate HR Management with E-Verify:
Create a web services account in E-Verify
Enter in credentials into the Fiddletree Keyvault
Fill out the API Portal Setting
Add the E-Verify Bookmark to your web browser
Create E-Verify Web Services account
Users will need to create an E-Verify Web Services account for each MOU in the users company that wishes to integrate E-Verify with HR Management. Follow the steps below to create a web services account.
Follow the instruction in this article to create a new web services account:

Enter Credentials into the Fiddletree Keyvault
Fiddletree Systems will send admins a secure email that will allow the admin to login and enter in the web services credentials into the Keyvault. If the admin manages multiple companies, the admin should create a company record.
Note: Web Services User passwords will now be auto-updated 75 days prior to the expiration date. Admin users will be notified on password updates.

Fill out the API Setting
Login to HR Management and navigate to Admin > Portal Settings > User Defined > Fiddletree Systems API Key. The installer should set the value, but if it doesn't contact Fiddletree support to retrieve your API Key.
E-Verify tracks the number of E-Verify sessions
