Managing your Web Services Access User within the Configuration Site
After 90 days, the password for your E-Verify Web Services Access User will expire. We recommend following the steps below prior to the password expiration to maintain functionality of your E-Verify Module.
- When you are going to update your Web Services Access password, please reach out to your Fiddletree representative for an invitation to access the configuration site.
- In your E-Verify account, navigate to the "Manage Users" page. This can be done by clicking on your name in the top right corner, then going to Company Account and Manage Users.
- You can click on your Web Services Access user to view their user information. Please scroll to the bottom of this page and proceed through the "Change Password" button to update your Web Services Access password.
- Once updated, you can sign into the Fiddletree configuration site through the Microsoft Invitation sent by your Fiddletree representative.
- After signing in, you can select "Update Credentials" for the company that your Web Services Access user corresponds to in order to update your Web Services Access user's password.
