How To Re-Enroll with Web Services Access

  1. Discuss your company migration plan to transition to a new E-Verify account.
  2. Go through the following link to access E-Verify's enrollment page: Enrolling in E-Verify | E-Verify
  3. Follow the instructions to begin enrollment.
  4. During the set-up, please select the Web Services - Employer option for Account Access. This will add the Web Services Designation to your Memorandum of Understanding.
  5. Provide the requested information and complete your enrollment.
  6. Complete the E-Verify training and test to finish setting up your Web Services Access E-Verify account. If you are already E-Verify Certified, call E-Verify support, as they may be able to wave your E-Verify training for your new account.

Using two E-Verify Accounts

With two E-Verify accounts, you will manage your existing cases with your old E-Verify account, and future cases will be created in the new E-Verify account through the Portal Integration. When you no longer need to manage the cases from your old account, E-Verify recommends closing it.
