Audits

All pages have audits and it will show what was changed or updated and by whom.

  • Within the Job List users can select a Job and navigate to the Job Audits page on the left side panel.

  • This page keeps a record of all changes made to the Job, such as information being updated, inserted, or deleted. Information like: 

    • Audits Date, Table Name, Column Name, Old Value, New Value, Employee Name, and Audit Type

  • Visit this page to track how the Job has developed over time, or to see when a specific change was made.

  • Admin>Job Setup>Phases
