Job Details
This page is where job details are pulled out of Vista. Click in the grid list to access Employee details.
Grid List Information
Site Name: This is the Name of the Job.
Job Number: A unique number assigned to Jobs as an identifier.
Jobsite Business Group: Used for grouping jobs together.
Status Type: This is the status of the Job.
Status Description: Additional notes on the Status of the Job.
Enable Daily Scheduling: This will enable users to create Short Term Assignments for this Job through Daily Scheduling.
Note: Enabling daily scheduling will control if the job shows up on the daily scheduling page or not.
Color: This is the color that Assignments for the job will appear as on the various Assignment Grids.
Tags: This is where users can input a job tag for easy finding.
Address Info
Address: Address of Job.
Address2: Second Address for Job.
City: City of Job.
State: State of Job.
Zip: Zip code of Job.
Required Dates
Job Start Date: The date this Job begins.
Job End Date: The date this Job ends.
Schedule
Schedule Description: This is where admins can set a work schedule for each job. This can specifically be done under labor forecasts for both short-term and long-term scheduling workflows.
Project Financials
Estimated Amount: Estimated total cost of the Job.
Actual Amount: Total cost of the Job.
Estimated Hours: Estimated number of hours needed to complete this Job.
Actual Hours: Number of hours worked to complete this Job.
Billed to Date: Total amount Billed so far.
Over Under Billing: Amount over or under Billed.
History
Notes: Where users can leave notes on this Job throughout its lifecycle.
Job Notes supports text highlighting and adding check-boxes.
Hover text above each icon will let users know what they do.
Other
Contract: Job contract info
External Job ID: A Job identifier assigned to a job listing that is used to track and manage job applications.
