Understanding the Job Gantt
This page allows you to view a list of all of your Jobs, and the Resources assigned to them. This page is broken into two sections: the Job Grid and the Assignment Grid.
Job Grid
On the left side of the page, you should see a list of all of your Jobs. Each Job can be expanded to view their Phases, and each phase can be expanded to view the Resources Assigned. You can filter this grid based on Status Type, Business Group, Location and more, or you can use the search bar to find a specific Job.
Assignment Grid
The Assignment Grid on the right side of the page is where you can see the assignments for each Job. By expanding a Job/Phase on the left, you can see the Assignments for specific Resources within that Job/Phase. The Date ranges for this grid can be adjusted at the top of the page, and you can toggle between a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly view.
By right clicking an Assignment, you can make changes through the Edit window. You can also right click an empty space for a specific Job/Phase to create a new Assignment.
