Assignments Grid

• View and manage all system assignments. Use custom filters and views to streamline management.

• How to Add a Resource Rquest:

  1. Select resource type (Employee, Crew, or Asset).

  2. Choose a primary position and optional backup positions.

  3. Assign to a job and phase, or set custom dates.

• How to assign a resource:

  1. Select the Find button

  2. Recommended Resources modal

     1. Map will visually show the distances of resources and the Jobsite of the assignment

     2. Grid will list the resources, their categories, distance to site, other allocations at start date of request, total availability over the duration of the request, and if they have the certifications required for the job.

  3. Select the best resource for the assignment in the grid and Save.

Resource Gantt

• View and manage resource allocations. Use custom filters and views to streamline management. 

• Top Panel: 

  • Shows the total allocation for each resource

  • Selecting a Resource will filter the bottom panel to the detailed assignments for that resource

• Bottom Panel
  • Shows the detail assignments for all resources and can be filtered down to a specific resource's assignments

• Indicators:

  • Full bars: 100% allocated.

  • Partial bars: Under-allocated.

  • Red bars: Over-allocated.

Job Gantt

• Focused on job and phase durations. Use custom filters and views to streamline management. 

• Top Panel:

  • Shows all Opportunities and Jobs

    • These can be opened to see the construction phases assigned to them

  • If a Opportunity/Job/Phase is selected, the bottom panel will be filtered to only show the resources assigned to that Opportunity/Job/Phase.

• Bottom Panel:

  • Shows the resources that are assigned to the selected Opportunity/Job/Phas in the top panel.
