Job Tags
This is where admins can set up all those different job categories, which can then be added to each job by employees. These can also be imported from Vista.
Creating a Tag
Users can create a Tag on the Admin > Job Setup > Tags page, with the "Add New" button.
The Tag can have a Description, Short Label, Color, Notes, and an External Tag ID.
Selecting the “Audits” button will show the Job Tags Audit Date, Table Name, Column Name, Old/New Value, Employee Name, and Audit Type.
Adding a Tag to a Job
Within the Jobs List, select a Job and navigate to the Job Tags page.
Use the "Add Tag" button.
In the window that appears, select the preferred Tag to add to the Job.
