Creating Budgets
Users can create a Budget on the Admin > Job Setup > Budget Groups page, with the "Add New" button.
Select “Add New” to create a Budget Group Description
Viewing Budgets
To view a Budget go to the Job List page.
Click on a job from the Jobs List and Navigate to "Budgets” on the left side.
Users can view grouped Budget Amounts, Projected Amounts, Actual Amounts, Budgeted Hours, Projected Hours, Actual Hours, and Last Refresh Date
Individual Budgets are categorized by Jobsite. Related jobsite details can be seen by scrolling to the right.
