Within the Jobs List there is a staffing report per job. This page shows a report of employee headcount of Forecasted vs Scheduled vs Actual. The graph shows staffing trends and the chart below shows a detailed breakdown of daily staffing with employee assignments.
Staffing Trends
Match Rate % - Shows the average staffing accuracy
Forecasted Total - Shows people planned per day
Scheduled Total - Shows scheduled vs forecasted
Actual Total - Shows actual vs scheduled
Detailed Breakdown
Date - Click to view the names and number of scheduled employees for that day

Actual #
Variance - Shows the difference in the number of planned headcount and actual headcount
Employee Match - Shows the percentage of how many employees were scheduled compared to the actual headcount.
