Missing Certifications
Purpose: The Missing certifications grid list is meant to help managers assign and schedule employees to jobs that they are qualified for as well as facilitating Human Resources in finding and training employees for required certifications on jobsites.
Once employees are certified, they will be shown on the recommendation grid used when a request is made for a job that has certification requirements
How to: Navigating to Reports>Missing Certifications from the top navigation bar to view the grid list. This list is organized by Site Name and their Jobsite Business group.
This list expands and condenses site names and jobsite business groups by clicking the (+,-) toggles.
Each missing certification can be seen by scrolling to the right
This grid can be exported via Excel,CSV, or PDF format.
