The ‘Distribute’ section allows users to distribute those forecasts by Hours or Bulk.
Distribute By Hours
When budgets start pulling in, this is where we will see a number of hours to distribute based on what's available in the budget.
Choose how you want your labor curve to be automatically applied for this forecast (even, front weighted, back weighted, bell curve).
Selecting ‘Bulk’ will only allow an input of workers per day.
Selecting ‘Hours’ will provide additional inputs such as:
Hours to Distribute
Peak Workforce
Week at Peak
Week at Decline
Distribution
Rounding Options
A graph will show below what the forecasted hours will look like moving forward and help users plan future jobs efficiently.
Select ‘Initialize.’
Now our Labor Chart will show the inputs. Scroll up to see the inputted information on the forecast graph.
Green lines represent who's actually been assigned
Blue is the number of people we've requested.
