Jobsite Projections

  • To View, Initialize, or Export a Job Projection, first select ‘Jobs’ from the top navigation bar, select, ‘Jobs List’ from the drop down menu.

  • Select any job and navigate to the ‘Projections’ page.

From this page users can see the following tabs:

  • Summary

    • The Summary Tab will hide the JC Department column if there is only one JC Department on a job.

  • Revenue

    • Department and Revenue Items are editable in line on NTPs.

  • Production

    • Spread

      • The Spread toggle is on the View/Filter header

  • Labor

  • Equipment

  • Subcontractors

  • Materials

  • Other

  • All Columns All Phases

  • Users have many exporting options.

General Information

  • Initialized Date and Initialized By are shown above buttons.  Once submitted, they will be replaced by Submitted Date and Submitted By.

  • Cost Projections can only be unsubmitted by Tenant Admins or JC Department Approvers (Admin > Projection setup > JD Departments > Approvers). 

  • Submitted and past Cost Projection months are completely read-only.  Initialize is also disabled for submitted Cost Projection months.

  • Notice there are Initialize Options for Cost Projections for the selected month if they already exist.  

    • Add New Data Only

      • will only pull in new phase codes / cost types into Cost Projections.  Will not impact existing rows.

    • Only Update Actuals

      • will only update rows with outdated actuals data

    • Override All Values

      • Will completely override and refresh the Cost Projection

  • When navigating to a Jobsite Projection from the Global Projections page, there is now a next button to go to the next job in the list.

Cost Projections Grid  

  • Approved CO columns

  • Pending COs that have "Include in Projection" checked will be included in Pending CO columns and in the Budget / Current Estimate calculations.

  • Total Spread Cost and Approved CO columns have a grand total at the bottom of the grid.

  • Notes

    • Notice the Notes column

      • The Notes column can be added to the Cost Projection Grid.  This allows Project Managers to add notes about each Phase Code / Cost Type row.

    • The New Notes icon is blue if notes are added on that row

  • When the Hours column is hidden in a section, the Hours/Unit column will also be hidden.
