Understanding the Labor Ratios Page
This is where admins set up labor ratios to say how many apprentices vs. journeymen per specialty on each job.
Creating a Labor Ratio
Users can use the "Add Labor Ratio" button to create a new Labor Ratio.
On the Add Labor Ratio window, users can select a Labor Type Description and enter the Journeyman to Apprentice ratio you would like for that Labor Type.
Where are Labor Ratios Seen?
Users can see Labor Ratios in Daily Scheduling. When dragging assignments to a Labor Type on a Job, the actual ratio of Journeyman to Apprentice will appear next to the expected ratio.
If Scheduling is out of balance, the ratios will appear red.
