Jobsite Grid Column Options

Jobs > Jobs List Grid

Site Name
The job site name and number associated with the projection row.

Job Number
The phase of work this row belongs to, including both code and description.

Jobsite Business Group
The department or division within the job that this row is assigned to.

Status Description/Type
The status description for the row (such as Open, Opportunity, Closed, etc.).

Address Info
The Address of that Site - Users can change viewing permissions for Jobsite and Employee addresses. Read about it here: Permissions

Notes
Notes can be seen in Scheduling, Assignments, and are created in individual Job Detail.

Job Start/End Dates
This can be configured in Job Detail under Schedule Description

Tags
Tags provide a way to list PM’s or Managers to a Job.

Enable Daily Scheduling
This can be enabled/disabled in Job Detail. If enabled, the site will be seen in Daily Scheduling. If enabled, a check mark will appear on the grid list of that site.

Schedule Description
This is where users can input the standard time schedule provided by the option in the drop-down menu, located in Job Detail.

Status Description
Can be any custom made description

Color
Users can add a custom color/palette to their jobs

Estimated Amount 
Current expected dollar amount.

Actual Amount
Actual dollar amount recorded.

Estimated Hours 
Expected labor hours needed.

Actual Hours
Labor hours recorded so far.

Billed to Date 
Total amount invoiced so far.

Over Under Billing 
Difference between earned revenue and billed revenue.

Contract 
Agreement governing the work and its financial terms.

External Job ID 
Job number used by an external system.

Customer Name 
Customer associated with the job.

Contract Amount 
Total agreed-upon value of the contract.

‘Merge’ Button
This button allows Admins to merge duplicate records
